The Records Division provides accident, incident, offense, archived and statistical reports. In
additional, we also provide criminal background checks and notary services.

Cost For Reports & Services:
Accident Reports - $5.00
Incident/Offense Reports - $5.00
Archived Reports - 10 years and over - $25.00
Statistical Reports - $30.00
Criminal Background Checks - Local History Only - $10.00
Notarization - One Page - $6.00, Addition Pages $1.00 each
Fingerprinting services will be available to the public Tuesday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The costs of these services are as follows:
$10 if you bring your fingerprint cards or $20 if you need to purchase fingerprint cards from our office. The before mentioned cost are for fingerprint services for two cards. Additional cards, in sets
of two, can be purchased for $10 per set. Please bring an acceptable form of identification, a valid government issued photo ID and it cannot be expired in order to receive this fingerprinting service.
Any fingerprints needed for immigration services, should be handled at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Office.
WE ACCEPT CASH, DEBIT CARDS, CREDIT CARDS (EXCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS), MONEY ORDERS & COMPANY CHECKS ONLY.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
