Robbery Investigation

The Birmingham Police Department reports that detectives are conducting a robbery investigation.  The incident occurred just after noon on Monday, February 27, 2012 at 1716 Finley Boulevard.

Officers from the North Precinct responded to the ABC Store to investigate a report of a robbery. Upon arrival, officers learned that two black male suspects armed with handguns had just robbed the business.

Suspect 1:
B/M, Blue shirt with a white outline of a face on front and faded number 23 on back, long sleeve black t-shirt under the blue shirt, baggy blue jeans, ball cap with an emblem of a crown, and shoulder length braids.

Suspect 2:
B/M, White t-shirt, blue jeans, dark shoes, and Pittsburgh Pirates ball cap.

There have been no arrests or charges filed in the case.  Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
