Records Division

The Records Division provides accident, incident, offense, archived and statistical reports.  In additional, we also provide criminal background checks and notary services.  If you need a copy of a report or any of our services, please come to 1710 1st Ave N, Birmingham, AL 35203. 

Records Division Business Hours are:  Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Cost For Reports  &  Services:

Accident Reports - $5.00

Incident/Offense Reports - $5.00

Archived Reports - 10 years and over - $25.00

Statistical Reports - $30.00

Criminal Background Checks - Local History Only - $10.00

Notarization - One Page - $6.00, Addition Pages $1.00 each

Fingerprint Information

Effective May 01, 2011 fingerprinting services will be available to the public Tuesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Fingerprint services are provided Tuesday through Friday 1:00 p.m. -5:00 p.m. at the cost of $10.

WE ACCEPT CASH, MONEY ORDERS & COMPANY CHECKS ONLY.
