V-Track (Vision Tracking) is the City of Birmingham’s internal Project Management System. We are using this program (that we developed in-house) to have an efficiency and accountability management tool. It is able to perform detailed project tracking across all internal departments and district wide. V-Track reports have been generated for public viewing by district to track city initiatives and their progression by project.
