Every neighborhood should have or agree to form an Advisory Committee (this could be an existing Executive or other Committee) to be the 1 st point of contact immediately when we are made aware that a zoning case has been submitted.

If the Advisory Committee determines that the matter must go before the full neighborhood, the neighborhood would agree to convene a special called meeting within 7-10 days to consider the pending case, unless the regularly scheduled meeting falls within the time span.

Neighborhoods have a single meeting at which to hear, evaluate and take whatever position they choose to take on a particular case.
